I've ordered a new air-conditioner today in order to replace the old one.
The new air conditioner with remonte control is Rasonic, which is the same model of Panasonic. Although it was a old model, XC710J, it is one of the most quietest models in the market.
It costs me $2680 including installation fee.
If I choose the old model Panasonic XC710J, it costs me $2950 with installation fee.
If I choose the brand new model Rasonic XC712J, it costs me $3050 with installation fee.
If I choose the brand new model Panasonic XV712J, it costs me $3200 with installation fee.
All of the above air conditioners is around 7100BTU.
If I choose China brand name, I know around $2100 is enough with remote control. But from my experience and sellers, the quiet level during the machine operating are still far from Panasonic and Hitachi.
I know I am still a poor guy, but the quality of sleeping is one of the most important facts for my daily activities. Such as working, reading, studying, exercising, relaxing and etc. Therefore I am willing to spend a little expensive cost to buy a more quiet one, despite it is an old model.

Installation was on 20th. The installation fee for the new frame is $150, and I requested extra side supporting bars fixed to concrete ceiling that cost me extra $150.
