Why do I always have to being disappointed to my situation.
Is salary $12000 high for my 9 hours regular work in the present post?
But my contract is 12 hours work a day.
The new in-charge manager phoned me yesterday whether I have to deduct my salary or change to another site. He mentioned my contract was treated by the previous operation manager who have left already. He won't accept my 9 hours work for attaining 12 hours work salary in my present post.
If I choose to change another site. The new post in new site should be a 12 hours work a day and I can be increased my salary by $2000.
Can I have any ojection or I shall be resigned.
The main problem is if I don't have enough sleep time, I know my attendence record will not be good enough to pass my appraisal including late. I scare I will be sacked by the new site in the first 3 months probation.
I know I should be happy because of my education background.
I was told by the new site in-charge that I will have opportunity to have worked inside control room after probation.
But I dare not think any because of my experience. I don't want to go to hospital again because of lacking of enough sleep time. I scare I will be being picked up by the hospital staff.
What can I do for this step. Because if I have been chosen from the new site, I can't change it.
But anyway, I have to take part in the secondth interview tomorrow. I have no choice for now moment in my company.
