I have found 2 letters in my folder that I was written in 2015.The following is another 1 of my letters.
Dear Ricky Sir,
I am Larry Yeung, my staff number is 4897. I joined East Hong Kong Hotel as security officer from 2 September, 2013.
I have sent you a resignation letter at 30 April 2015. But after the talk with Ricky Sir, I hope to redeem my job.
The reasons are as follows:
1. Ricky Sir is willing to conduct 3 scenarios by 3 supervisors I might have never met. If I am not willing to learn, it is my loss.
2. Ricky Sir has never said I need to hand on resign letter to him. Oppositely, he is going to give me opportunity to make progressive enhancement. It is only my wrong decision. I have to say sorry.
3. Ricky Sir is willing to arrange time for me to take courses; it is not easy to find such a good manager. I have to treasure.
4. It is difficult to build up a harmonious relationship and environment to manager, supervisors and colleges. If I give up, it is my loss as well.
5. My target mark in TOEIC exam is 800 marks; I know it is not easy to reach, especially tackle with a shift time work, night shift and OT work. But reality is reality, no money income is no talk. I need to make appropriate time arrangement for self-learning by myself.
According to the 5 points above, I know it is difficult to find such a good job, such a good manager and such a good team of colleges. I don’t want to quit at now moment.
Please forgive my pusillanimity and stupid, please kindly refuse my resign and let me redeem my work as well.
