I definitely believe my appraisal is good enough to have renewed the contract.
Because when I interviewed this company last month, I was told by my manager the site contract would be due at early of August. The client might be renewed our contract.
That mean everything is depended on my performance. If the client satisfy with my performance, the contract would be renewed. Otherwise, it may change person to pick up my post, even change company to take the post.
Eventually I was told by my manger the increased of my salary was confirmed.
But the increased salary is still lower than and the working hour is 1 hour longer than my previous job.
