I went to work as usual that day, punched card, reported on duty before 7am. When the time 0720, I was received a call from my uncle in China. I was told my grandmother died few hours ago. I had to go to my village immediately to attend the funeral ceremony before noon.
I asked for the permission of the site in-charge and my control in-charge of my company. Then I rushed to my home immediately because I needed to go with my mother. Luckily, I had my mother's work phone number. I could inform my mother the case and she came back to home right away.
I returned to home around at 8am and packed up my luggage. We left home at 0830.
We got into a minibus to MongKok and changed train to Lowu. Then took the train to Dongguan station.
My cousin was waiting for me at the station, and we got into her car.
When we arrived my village, my grandmother's home. It was the time 1210.
The ceremony for my village was started at 1230 and finished at around 1330. Then we got into a coach to the crematorium.
It was the time around 1500 when we arrived crematorium. There was a ceremony at the funeral hall. This was the last time I saw my grandmother. We said goodbye to her. We then waited for a long time soasto take back her ashes.
We all got into the coach to come back to my village. The cemetery was nearby our village.
There was a ceremony before the ashes was placed into the grave.
It was the time 1930 when everything was completed. Then we went to have our hero feast.
