I have been troubled by mother for few weeks. She always said when will you have holiday to come with her to 還太歲. Eventually I have 3 holidays this week. I go with her to Tsuen Wan Yuen Institute today.
My mother come back to home after work at noon and I am already standby to wait her. She go out to buy some offering and we start going out at 1pm. We take by MTR to Tsuen Wan and buy the remaining offering. Then we take minibus to Yuen Yuen Institute.
We start 還太歲 at 2:30pm and complete at 3pm. Then we go back to Tsuen Wan again.
We both feel hungry and try to find a suitable restaurant to have our dinner.
When we go to the 標記燒臘飯店，I am concentrating by the word 支竹羊腩煲. The boss of that restaurant asks me what would you want to eat? I just ask him "Do you have 羊腩煲?" And he replies to me yes. We then go inside, and he take the order for us. We haven't ask him the price but he then tell us $338 dollars for the 羊腩煲.
I just feel a bit expensive, but I keep silent. It is a big bowl of Mutton and Bean curd in Ceramic Pot 支竹羊腩煲. The 羊腩煲 is made by fresh goal. Many pieces of 羊腩 and are full stomach enough for me.
My mother then tells me if we buy from market. We have to pay over 2 hundred for such amount of mutton. Therefore 338 dollars for the 支竹羊腩煲 is not expensive.
