I have been worked as a Customer Services Officer at Western District for 1 month, but I was sacked by my senior few days ago. The reason was that I was not matched to work at here. I don't agree, at least I was 100% completed her order and instructions. She wanted to find a junior that matched her, it was her faith.
During this month, I was gained some experience about services apartment operations, it was similar that I worked at the Cullinan as part time Guest Services Officer at year 2011.
The working duty was greeting, handled rent payments, leaded customers to see the demonstration unit in order to rent the empty unit. Communicate with head office officers, room attendant and public attendant, monitor the contractors to complete their work tasks, and etc.
Having rented all unit, one day the ceiling at one floor was water dripping. It seemed to be needed to open the ceiling to fix it. But no one knows how to open because this case was followed by contractor. My senior asked me was it my business, I replied no, then she put a blank resignation form in front of me. I signed thereafter. Because I know the cost of the contractor was some thousand to open the false ceiling to make it open. Actually I don't know how to do, if I know, I have no needed to work as a Customer Services Officer.
