Today is my last day of my present work, but today is my casual leave as well. Therefore yesterday should be my last day at work area.
I attended the job last year October, I just feel the work load was increasing significantly from time to time. I just feel tired from time to time as well. One of the motivation for me to send resign letter was I had to relax and enjoy a long holiday.
The other one reason was I hoped to promote to IC last year.
When I first joined this work last year I was applied for the post of controller because no IC post was recruited, there was only 1 IC that was already worked at that site.
But in November last year, there were 2 ICs joined our team, so I asked for the reason for IC post. I was told that there would be 4 ICs here when the time the arcade phrase 1 opening for the public. Therefore I told the manager I hoped to promote to IC but I was turned down by my GM that time, I was told to make effort, but he(GM) was quitted after lunar new year this year. Although my SSM and SM were recommended me to the new GM team, unfortunately they were turned down by new GM team several times.
By the way I gave me half year at January this year, even from November last year.
Of course no one remembered my word in January, in addition for the significantly work load that let me feel tired during the phrase 2 opening to the public.
I sent my resignation at the month end of June eventually. The last working day should be the month end of July.
Of course my new SSM and SM told me to cancel the resignation letter soasto help me promote to IC by interviewing to the arcade management board. Naturally I couldn’t accept for their actions. If this action was offered to me before I sent my resignation, I was much appreciated for their action even I failed to the interview to shopping centre management team, I would glad them. But in fact I hate my company.
Thanksgiving to the God because today I haven't suffered from financial problems and for short term period. I can enjoy a holiday significantly, intently and wholeheartedly.
