I have been kept the health check offer of Health Check Centre for a long time at price.com. Eventually I asked the Health Check Centre was the offer still validated or not yesterday. The reply was still available. So I cashed the offer immediately and made the appointment today morning luckily.
I wake up as usual at 8 o'clock and drink 2 glasses of water immediately. Having brushed my teeth , washed my face and urinated, I make a bowel and collect the stool.
At around a quarter past 9, I leave home to go to the health centre.
I arrive the centre at around a quarter past 10, The nurse gives me a small bottle to store my urine. After that another nurse helps me measure body mass index by the machine, perform electrocardiogram test and draw blood.
Then I need to go to another building to perform chest X ray check.
At around a quarter past 12, everything is completed, I come home by bus to have my breakfast because I have not eaten for more than 10 hours.
