I have been attending for overnight shift for 3 months, the most updated roster, I will have been continuing to attend for night shift on June.
Most of my colleges only need to attended overnight shift for 1 to 2 months and will change to day shift or evening shift, why I need to attend 4 months overnight shift.
And the main point that make me furious is that I would like to request to change shift on the end of April, but the roster of May showed me I would change to evening shift on late May. Therefore, I thought it was acceptable for me to attend one more month overnight shift, maybe it was difficult to arrange staff to attend overnight shift. And also, normally the late of May changed to evening shift, the beginning of June would continue to attend evening shift or change to morning shift. But I the roster of June showed that I changed back to overnight shift in June. It made me furious.
I asked my supervisor, I was told to ask my boss. Then I asked my Boss, I was told to consult that supervisor. Fuck, fuck and fuck.
