I have 2 friends resigned from my past work this month. Therefore, we gathered last week. We had a buffet dinner at Kowloon Hotel restaurant. Because of the discount of DBS credit card, the bills were paid by one of my friends. But I didn't think of farewell dinners because we only had 3 people that night. I paid $520 for myself only. Because I didn't have enough money in my wallet that night, I ashamed to say I would pay for the farewell dinner next time.
Yesterday I was day off, they gathered to return the goods such as staff card and locker key to the work. Then we gathered at Kowloon Tong Festival Walk.
We watched the film Sully and I paid $285 for the film. Then we went to Kowloon city for the dinner by taxi. We chose a Thai's style restaurant for their farewell dinner. We ordered 9 dishes for our dinner totally and I paid $1180 for the bill.
